Wednesday Morning Ladies Intercounty Team

The Wednesday Morning Ladies Intercounty Team is a competitive group of A/B-level players representing our club in regional matches. This team offers a structured environment where players can challenge their skills and enjoy the experience of inter-county competition.

When & Where:
Matches are held on Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to noon. The team travels to various locations within the region for these inter-county matches.

Match Format:
Matches are organized to offer a challenging yet enjoyable competitive experience, with regular practices and travel commitments expected from all players.

League Structure:
The league features teams representing clubs within the York region. In 2025, Ajax is expected to field a single team. Learn more about this league here.

Membership & Participation:

• Open Membership: There are no formal tryouts. New members are evaluated by the team captain and a club Pro to ensure a good fit for the competitive environment.
• Player Levels: The team is designed for A/B-level players who possess a solid level of skill and a strong competitive drive.
• Commitment: All members are expected to attend regular practices and be available to travel to away matches.
