WELCOME INFORMATION FOR NEW MEMBERS:

We’re thrilled to welcome you to Capilano Tennis Club (CTC) and look forward to meeting those of you who are new to the club. We encourage everyone to explore our website for essential information about the club and to register for upcoming events: Capilano Tennis Club.

A Few Key Points to Note:

Member Involvement:
CTC operates solely through the efforts of its members—including YOU! Unlike other clubs, we don’t have paid front desk staff, so it’s up to all of us to contribute to the smooth running of our community.

    • Please be patient as we endeavour to update this list as new members join.

CLUBHOUSE ACCESS

    • Door code: 8008.
    • The door locks automatically when closed. If you’re the last to leave, please ensure the door is fully locked, lights are off, and all windows are closed. The clubhouse alarm activates automatically at night.

CLUB CALENDAR

    • Located under the Members Area tab, the calendar is regularly updated to help you plan your tennis activities. Please check it before heading to the courts: Club Calendar

GUESTS

    • A member can bring up to 2 guests per month.
    • Register your guest and pay the $10 guest fee online (QR code posted at courts)  before playing.
    • Non-members can play as a guest (with a member) up to twice a month.

COURT POLICIES

VOLUNTEERING

    • Each member is required to contribute a minimum of 2 volunteer hours per season. A refundable $50 fee will be charged at registration and reimbursed upon completion of your volunteer hours. Volunteer opportunities will be shared throughout the season.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING

    • Please help keep the clubhouse and grounds tidy. Pack out non-recyclables whenever possible. A key for the large garbage bin is hanging inside the clubhouse main entrance.
