Stanley Park Players,
As we are gearing up for our Tennis BC Stanley Park Programs start Monday April 15th, we wanted to explain the protocol for bad weather.
Since Stanely Park is an outdoor venue, some classes might be cancelled due to rain.
Refund Policy:
If classes are cancelled, we will refund you the full amount of the class within 5-10 business days directly back into your banking account.
Therefore, you will never lose money from cancelled classes.
How to check for bad weather:
We will be updated the forecast on Clubspark’s website under the WEATHER UPDATE link.
Updates will be daily on this link. When weather is questionable (possibility of rain) we will let you know 2 hrs prior to the start of the lesson.
For example, you have a 9am lessons, an update will be given at 7am. You have a 6pm lessons, an update will be given at 4pm.
On days forecasting heavy rain, there is a possibility we cancel the night before.
We have lots of drying supplies at Stanley Park therefore, we will always try to keep lessons going if we are able to dry to courts prior to start time.
For example. It rains only in the morning, there is a good chance we will still have lessons in the afternoons.
