After completing your membership application, please send payment by e-transfer to: crystalbeachtennis@gmail.com (auto deposit has been set up).

Returning CBTC members:

• Please Sign in (top right) using the same email address and password used for your ClubSpark account last year. Click Forgotten your password? (if needed) under the SIGN IN button and you will receive an email to reset your password. 
• Click the Join now button for the membership you wish to purchase.
• On the Member Details page, click Next or go BACK TO MEMBERSHIP page if the correct package is not shown on the right of the screen.
• Click Continue on the next screen to complete your application and you will receive an email confirmation.
• Once payment is received, CBTC will activate your membership in ClubSpark (within 2-3 days).

New members:

• Click Sign in (top right) and on the Sign in page click the link below the SIGN IN button that says 'Haven’t created an account? Sign up'.
• Complete the fields and click the first check box regarding Terms and Conditions for ClubSpark. This sign up step registers you in the ClubSpark system and will allow you to apply for a CBTC membership.
• On the Membership tab, click the Join now button for the membership you wish to purchase and complete details as prompted.
• Once you have submitted your membership application, you will receive an email confirmation.
• Once payment is received, CBTC will activate your membership in ClubSpark (within 2-3 days).
