Membership is closed for the 2024 season. 

Choose one of the memberships below and fill in the information as indicated. See the How to Apply tab for step-by-step instructions, if needed. Method of payment is e-transfer to crystalbeachtennis@gmail.com (auto deposit; no need to set password). 

Please note:

A family consisting of only 2 adults may want to consider purchasing 2 Adult memberships. With  2 Adult memberships, each adult will have a ClubSpark account with their own log in credentials to book courts.

Currently, ClubSpark allows for only 1 log in credential for a Family (all members, including any adults in the family, will have to use the email and password used by the main registrant who applied for the membership).

Membership ID tags and gate code will be delivered to members that live in the Crystal Beach-Lakeview area. Members living outside the neighbourhood will be contacted by email for pick up details.
