Responsibilities

• Members must book courts online with the names of all players and/or guests.
• Members are responsible for their guests and making sure that guest fees are paid.
• The code for the gate lock is to be kept strictly confidential to Members only.
• Players identified as non-members will be asked to leave the court area, and will be encouraged to purchase a CBTC membership.
• Parents are responsible for making sure their children learn and respect the rules of the Club.
• All players are responsible for keeping time of their own sessions. All play must stop and players must be off the court by the end of their booked session. Waiting players who have booked the next session can then go onto the court to play.
• Make sure any garbage leaves the courts with you. Use the recycle bin at the Club house, the garbage containers in the parking lot, or take it home with you. Thank you!

Rights

• All members, CBTC executives, coaches, and guests have the right to participate in an environment that is free from discrimination and/or harassment. Unsportsmanlike behavior, language or activities will not be tolerated.
• The CBTC reserves the right to request proof of membership status of any and all persons on the courts and Club premises.
• The CBTC reserves the right to prohibit access to the courts and/or to suspend membership for failure to abide by Club rules.
• CBTC rules are set out to govern court usage in a fair manner for all members. Please respect the rights of others by observing these rules and help make sure that these rules are respected by all players.
