Step-by-step instructions for completing a membership application

  1. On the MEMBERSHIP tab, click JOIN NOW on the membership type of your choice.  
  2. On the Sign in page, after Haven’t created an account? Click Sign up.  
  3. Please complete all the fields on the Sign up page, check off the Terms and Conditions box, then click SIGN UP. You have now registered your account in the ClubSpark system.
  4. The Member details page shows next with your Contact details and a box to the right indicating the membership type chosen and the cost. If the membership type is not the one you want, go back to the Membership tab to choose a different one.
  5. If you chose a Family membership: Make sure to click on the box next to your name if you are to be included in the Family membership. Then, click the ADD NEW MEMBER button to list all the family members on the application (limit is 5 total members).
  6. Click the Terms and Conditions box, then the NEXT button to continue with your membership application.
  7. On the How would you prefer to pay? page, click CONTINUE.
  8. Thank you for your membership purchase – is a page confirming your application and includes a note from the CBTC. You will also receive an email confirmation.

Once CBTC confirms receiving your payment, your account will be activated so you will be able to book courts up to 3 days in advance. Contact us at Crystalbeachtennis@gmail.com if you need to arrange for a payment other than e-transfer.

Membership ID tags and gate code will be delivered to members living in the Crystal Beach-Lakeview area. Members residing outside the neighbourhood will be contacted by email for pick up details.
