Notes from the coach
- Where: Kinsmen Park
- Tennis ball used: Red dot (35% compression), orange dot (60% compression)
- Players should have basic hand-eye coordination and be able to catch and throw a ball.
- The goal for this class is to improve player hand-eye coordination and boost their ability to accurately judge the bounce and speed of the ball, which will in turn improve their receiving and hitting skills. All in all, a lot more touches on the ball while maintaining a fun environment.
