Guest Policy
CAPILANO TENNIS CLUB GUEST POLICY
Members may bring two guests a month
- Each member in good standing may bring up to two guests per month. The member may use his or her monthly guest privileges by bringing one guest on two different days, or by bringing two guests on a single day.
Non-members playing as guests
- A non-member may play as a guest of a member no more than twice a month.
- Non-members coming as a guest of a member must play with a member.
Guest Fees Are Responsibility of Member
- Guest fees for 2024 are $10.
- It is the responsibility of the member to register their guest and pay the $10 guest fee for their guest before playing.
- Registration and payment can be done only via QR code posted in front of Court or via the Payment Link on the CTC website .
- All guests must be registered and paid for in the CTC system by one of the above two methods before playing.
- Members who fail to register and pay for their guest prior to playing may be deemed to be members not in good standing.
