MPTC Yearly Membership - Junior 2026

Membership for MPTC Junior members 19 and under. This allows court booking privileges and the ability to join our summer program. Access to tennis courts and pickleball courts.
MPTC Yearly Membership - Pickleball Junior 2026
01/06/2026- 31/05/2027
Pickleball only junior membership available for junior members who wish to avail of the pickleball courts only.
Adult
MPTC Yearly Membership - Adult 2026

Membership option available to those 19 and older. Allows court booking privileges along with access to programming and leagues. Access to tennis courts and pickleball courts.
