Sorry for the new platform hiccups.  :(

It seems like you need to have a paid membership in order to sign up for any programming, and a pending membership will not do.  For now, we have removed the requirement for a membership from program signups until we get this issue resolved.  Please sign up for the appropriate membership before signing up for programming.  Anyone who fails to do that will have a membership added to their account, or may lose their spot.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  We are working on resolving this and enabling online payments.
