Players:  The day will begin with half the Women's A and Women's B Pools playing Round 2 matches. After a break, all women's teams will return to the courts for Rounds 3 and 4. The men will take to the courts during the day for Rounds 1 and 2.

Venues:  Lakeshore Racquets Centre (LRC) and Summerland Secondary High School (SSHS). 

Time: First serve is at 8:30 am, and we expect play to conclude by 5:30 pm—just in time to relax while enjoying a Mediterranean dinner by the lake and sharing stories from the day's matches.

Player check-in:  Please check in at the registration desk when you first arrive at the tournament. Before each match, one member from each team should stop by the registration desk to check in and collect match balls. 

Results Reporting:  At the conclusion of each match, players should confirm the final score with their opponents before leaving the court. One member of the winning team should return the balls and the score sheet to the registration desk as soon as possible. The tournament volunteer will record the score and update the standings and draw sheets.
