Fun, social, doubles table tennis event on Saturday January 3rd!
Warm-up at 3 pm. Games start at 3:30 pm and go until we have winners in all 8 directions of the compass (latest 6 pm). Enter with a partner and the level of your partner can be the same....or not. Sherri and Carol will create the draw.
Maximum 16 teams. 4 matches per team. Each round is the best 3/5 games.
You are more than welcome to ask a non-member who will pay the $10 drop-in fee. The more new people we introduce to this fabulous sport, the better!
Bring a small treat to share if you want.

NEW - Squash 57!
Squash57 is a relatively new sport at LRC. Using traditional squash courts but with a larger ball, racquets reminiscent of racquet ball and rules very similar to traditional squash. If you are looking to either get back into squash or have never tried squash before this may be the sport you are looking for.
Our drop-in sessions, Mondays and Fridays 10 am - 11 am, do not require pre booking and are open to all levels. LRC also has racquets and balls for you to test out the game, just bring you indoor court shoes. For more information contact Grant Thompson at kayak_one@icloud.com.

About Our Club
Welcome to the Lakeshore Racquets Centre!
Come and discover one of the Okanagan's most beautiful tennis and squash clubs, located on the shores of the Okanagan Lake in Summerland, British Columbia. Whether you are looking for a place to play a casual game or you are looking for a great club to join to be active and meet friends, we meet your needs. We welcome public play and have a fee program with options that offer varying rates depending on how often you play.
The Club is a registered non-profit society run by its members on a volunteer basis. We provide a full calendar of events like tournaments and socials and a wide variety on ongoing programs for all ages and abilities.
Our facilities are open year-round and include three well-maintained outdoor tennis courts that are lighted for night play, three heated squash courts, and 6 tables for table tennis. The clubhouse includes a spacious lounge and change rooms.
