Based on the Progressive Tennis fundamentals this 4 week, 6 hours of tennis instruction aims to bring complete beginners and those who have not played for a while to a level where participants can rally confidently, score and understand some doubles strategy, have fun on the court so (withiin one or two sessions) they can go out and independently play recreational tennis (doubles and singles).
