Rules and Regulations
- Courts must be booked online using the Club’s booking system.
- The Club is for members’ use. However, guests are permitted when accompanied by a member. The actions of guests on the premises are the sole responsibility of the hosting member.
- The tennis courts are for the exclusive use of the game of tennis and no other sport or sports activity is permitted.
- Children under 12 years with a family membership must be accompanied on the Club’s premises at all times by a parent, guardian or the Club’s tennis Pro.
- Non-marking shoes must be worn on the courts. No street shoes are allowed. Sports attire must be worn on the courts.
- The responsibility for locking the front gate and clubhouse falls to the last member to leave the courts.
- Tennis shall not be played on the courts if they are slippery from rain, frost or snow.
- Members are at all times to be respectful of one another and of visiting members of other clubs. A member who is disrespectful toward another member or a visitor may be subject to a reprimand from the Board. Repeated displays of disrespect are cause for possible cancellation of a person’s or family’s membership. A decision to dismiss is the sole responsibility of the Board and shall be voted on by the Board with cancellation requiring a majority of votes of the Board members.
- Community health related rules (e.g., COVID-19) laid out by municipal or provincial governments and governing authorities, which are adopted by the Board, shall apply and shall supersede any other Club rules.
