The Wolfville Tennis Club's third Junior Tennis Tournament was held on Saturday, August 15.

18 juniors ages 8-14 participated in this year's tournament:

• 6 orange ball players, playing a set to 4 no-ad games
• 12 green ball players, playing a set to 5 no-ad games

Matches began at 9 am and ran until about 2:30 pm, with lots of much-needed volunteer help from parents and club members who supervised matches, and kept track of all the matches and scores, and provided snacks and off-court games!

The juniors all gave it their best, and most importantly, showed great sportsmanship and comraderie. In each group, the top three players were awarded gift cards.

A big thank you to all who played and made this event possible! We look forward to doing it again next year!
