With the season in full swing, we want to share a quick refresher on court etiquette and security. We all share this space, and a little extra courtesy goes a long way in making sure everyone has a great experience!

1. Lock the Gate (Every. Single. Time.)

Please always lock the gate behind you both when you arrive and when you depart the courts. This is crucial for keeping our facilities secure and ensuring only club members are using the courts. Even if you think someone is coming right after you, if the gate is unattended, please lock it.

2. The "No-Show" Ghosting Dilemma 👻

We’ve all been there: you log on to book a court, find out everything is full, and then walk past the club later only to see empty courts.

If your plans change and you can’t make your booking, please cancel it as soon as possible so another member can enjoy the slot.

• Help us out: If you notice a court is booked but remains empty 15 minutes into the session, please report the no-show to us.

Let's practice good sportsmanship off the court, too! A quick cancellation takes 30 seconds but makes a fellow member's day.
