FFTC membership registration instructions

• Prior to registering for one of our 2026 membership packages, you will need to create a Clubspark account.  Clubspark is the integrated platform supporting our website, membership, coaching, programs and court bookings.
• New members and returning members can visit our new website at  http://clubspark.ca/fenelonfallstennisclub
• Click on the Register box at the top right corner

• Fill in all member details, create a password and accept the terms and conditions to complete your sign up.
• Your password will be required going forward to completing your FFTC membership, enrolling in courses/programs and booking courts.  Use the Sign In button at the top right when you return to enroll or book.
• Parents with junior members may enroll their children under their Clubspark account in the 2026 Family membership
• Once you have signed in you will see your initials at the top right.  Click on your initials and then select Profile

• Please verify your contact details and add your emergency contact name and phone number so that the club will have these details in the event of an accident.
• Note that within your profile you will have access to change your password if necessary
• You also have access, in one place, to all your court booking details, your courses/programs that you have enrolled in, and membership details.
• Now you may compete your membership registration.  From the Home page you can click on About Membership or navigate to the Membership page, choose your membership package and select Join now.
• One the 1st page, validate your contact details.
• You must read and check the box for FFTC Terms and Conditions to Continue to member details page
• If completing a Family membership package, you can click on “Add a new member” and fill in the names and details for your other family members. 
• If completing an Adult membership package, ignore the "Add a new member" button.  Couples, who are not completing a Family membership, should complete their own Clubspark registration and Adult memberships separately 
• Click Continue to payment for the next screen
• NOTE: We have experienced issues a user on Windows 11 with Bitdefender VPN running.  The registration may hang at this point if a VPN is enabled.  If you do not successfully get to the Order Summary page, you may have to disable your VPN temporarily and retry enrollment.
• Confirm your total cost and click on the Other Payment box to continue
• Note the reminder for e-transfer payment to fenelonfallstennisclub@gmail.com. Include in Etransfer notes the name of the member(s).
• Your membership will not be active until payment is received and confirmed by the board.  Only upon activation of your membership will you be able to enroll in courses/programs, or book courts.  Please allow a couple days for our membership team to update your membership.
