Dates: All block bookings run from October 21, 2019 until May 17, 2020 (with the exception of no block bookings from December 23, 2019 to January 1, 2020.) Your booking is guaranteed each week during this timeframe. Outside of this timeframe members are encouraged to book week to week. 

Cancellation policy: No cancellations are permitted for primetime blocks. The person responsible for the court is liable for the cost of the court if they need to cancel. If ATC cancels programming due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, members will NOT be liable for the cost of the court. Non-primetime blocks can be cancelled with one week’s notice.

Events/Tournaments: On occasion we may need to reschedule your booking due to an event or tournament. We will always try to keep your booking intact if possible, but may need to move it under certain circumstances. We will give as much notice as possible in this rare event.

You are welcome to request a certain court, but ultimately court assignments are decided by availability and fairness. We want all of our members to have the opportunity to play.
