THE SALMON ARM TENNIS CLUB
September 4th-7th, 2026
Join us for a wonderful weekend of tennis in the beautiful Shuswap and check out our awesome indoor facility, The Askew Tennis Centre !
Entry fee includes minimum two matches, new tennis balls, refreshments on Saturday & Sunday morning, a dinner at 5pm on Saturday ( light lunch for Monday Mixed ) and prizes.
Depending on the size of the draw we may need to play some singles or doubles matches on Friday 4th from 4pm - please indicate in a separate email to sascuopen@gmail.com only if you/your partner would not be able to play Friday afternoon/evening.

NOTE:
Mixed Doubles will be held separately on Mon, Sept 7th, 2026 as a “stand alone” one day event.
Entry fee includes minumum 2 matches, new tennis balls, a light lunch on Monday and prizes.
All 65+ events are based on a player reaching this age or above in the calendar year 2026.
Any player who has not previously signed a Waiver will be asked to do this before playing.

$60/person for Singles
$100/team for Doubles ($50 per person registering)

If you do not pay for your partner please email sascuopen@gmail.com to confirm your doubles partner and in which event you are entering.

No overnight camping is permitted on the Club grounds.
For the safety of all present at the Tournament and also for the pets themselves, please leave any pets at home, or ensure that you have a separate adult (who is not in the tournament) to care and be responsible for your pet if it comes to our Club. Any dog must be on a leash the whole time. Tying a pet to a tree, chair or vehicle, or leaving them inside a vehicle, is not permitted on Club grounds during the Tournament.

If you have any issues with the online sign up / payment for yourself of your doubles partner please contact the tournament director at the above email address.
Draws expect to be available by 8pm, Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026. A group email will be sent with the schedule attached.
RULES:
Players may sign up for a maximum of three events, one of which is Mixed Doubles on Monday.
No refunds will be made after the names are placed in the draw after Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026.
Check-in at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your first match.
Play may continue into the evening under the lights.
The posted schedule may change due to inclement weather or lengthy matches.
Format per event will be established once the number of entries is confirmed. All events will guarantee 2 matches per player regardless of the format chosen.
