Happy New Season to all our valued Club Members! MBTC is open for play!
This year's AGM was held on April 29th at the Mahone Bay Centre. We are pleased to announce we have 4 new board members:
Kathy Armstrong (Member at Large, operations assistance)
Kathy MacEachern (Secretary)
Andrea Van Wilgenburg (Member at Large)
Nicolle Karsemeijer (Member at Large)
Also, a big thank you to retiring President Mary Paula MacEachern, for all of her wonderful leadership over the last 3 years. Mary Paula is remaining on the board and will run the Junior Tennis Program and the Girls on the Court initiative for us this season.
Carmel Zinck is retiring as Vice President but remains on the board and will continue her vital role as Treasurer. Thank you Carmel for your continuing dedication, over many years, to our little club!
Lastly, MJ Martino is ceding the Secretary position to Kathy MacEachern and has been acclaimed as President for the 2025 season.

Membership renewal opportunity opens April 1st! We are one of two clubs piloting a new system that is linked with Club Automation, and it should make it much easier to choose the right memberships and programs. Mahone Bay Tennis Club is driven by a team of passionate and committed volunteers from the region. They include seasoned players, parents of youth members, people fresh to the game and newcomers to the community. The range of ages, life experience and playing time all contribute to our positive, productive, inclusive and fun atmosphere. We are currently in desperate need of property maintainence volunteers, even a few hours per month.
