The Odlum Brown VanOpen Tennis Tournament is coming up attracting players from across the country and beyond.

There will be many officials coming in to work at the tournament and hosts are needed to house these officials.

Here are the requirements:

Dates:  Sat, Aug 13 - Sun, Aug 21st

A Host would need to provide: 

 - A clean & private bedroom

 - A bathroom

 - Access to laundry

 - Wifi connectivity and 

 - A simple daily breakfast (toast, egg, cereal, fruit, etc.)

 - Location must be in North Vancouver or West Vancouver (proximity to Hollyburn Country Club will be a consideration).

Officials are working at the tournament from 8am - 7pm daily (and possibly longer during the night matches). You can expect your official to be up & out of your home early every day and returning late each evening.  Hosts do not need to provide any lunches or dinners.

*All officials are fully bonded and pre-screened by Tennis Canada/ Tennis BC and often other international tennis associations as well.

As a thank you for hosting, the tournament will provide tournament tickets for each official hosted.  

If you are able to take more than one official, that would be greatly appreciated.  Officials are used to sharing hotel rooms so spare rooms with two single beds are completely suitable.

It takes a strong community to make this professional tennis event happen and we need your help to make this the best tournament yet!  We are looking for Volunteers, Ball Crew and new this year we are looking for Volunteer Drivers with a vehicle (preferably SUV) to help us transport players around during the tournament.
