Intercounty
YWTC is an active member of the Intercounty Tennis Association (ICTA) and are proud that Intercounty match play is our Club's most popular activity. In 2023, YWTC fielded a total of six teams: One team in the Ladies League A Division, four Mixed League Teams. (A, B, C and Majors Divisions), and one team in the +55 League's B Division. To participate, You must be a YWTC member to be considered for a spot on the YWTC Intercounty Team roster. There is no Singles play in ICTA; Intercounty is exclusively for Doubles play.

Majors | Our Majors Team did something truly amazing in their rookie year in the Majors: They were crowned 2023 Division Champions--the best of the best in the GTA--the perfect ending to an unforgettable season.

A Division | Our A Team alternates between home and away games every Thursday during the 14 week-long ICTA season.

B Division | The Mixed B Team competes weekly on Tuesdays from 7-11pm from mid-May to the end of August.

C Division | For many players, C Division is the launch pad for Intercounty competition. While C is the lowest among the Divisions in terms of skill level, C players plays with the same passion and intensity seen in the higher divisions. |
Ladies League | |
A Division | YWTC's Ladies A Team has enjoyed a tremendously successful run over the past several years, advancing from the B Division to the A Division in 2020, reaching the A Division playoffs in 2022, and the A Division's Championship Grand Final in 2023. Ladies League fixtures consist of four matches that are played Wednesday mornings at 9:30 am alternating weekly between home and away games. The season runs mid-May to mid-August.
