The Love Program is designed for beginner level players who will learn the basic fundamentals of tennis. The Love Program Level 1 introduces players to tennis in a supportive environment. Using red balls and a smaller court, players learn fundamental movement skills, basic stroke technique, and how to rally with a partner. Emphasis is placed on hand-eye coordination, balance, learning to send and receive the ball successfully, and most importantly having fun in the court.

Recommeded for: Players learning the basics of tennis and developing a love for the game. A player is ready to move to Level 2 once they can ralley, serve, move and play points with basic consistency and understanding.
