Notes from the coach

This program will run every Thursday from 8-9pm on the dates listed with 4 sessions

This program will focus on refining your tennis skills to be able to rally and play points and to use those skills for playing matches. The forehand, backhand, volley and serve will be worked on.

Equipment will be provided for players who don't have their own racket.

Some previous tennis experience is recommended.
