Cardio Tennis is a dynamic, fitness-focused group session that combines fast-paced tennis drills with a full-body workout. These classes keep players moving with nonstop hitting, quick footwork, and high-energy games designed to elevate your heart rate and boost endurance.

Sessions feature rotating drills and live-ball activities that improve agility, coordination, and overall court movement—while still reinforcing solid tennis fundamentals. With minimal instruction time and maximum action, Cardio Tennis delivers an efficient, calorie-burning workout in a fun and motivating group atmosphere.
