This is an introductory program based on Tennis Canada's Progressive Tennis model / pathway. It is the starting point on the tennis pathway and focuses on the basic skills to play tennis. Red ball 1/2 court tennis is catered towards beginner players so any junior players below 18 years of age are welcome to sign up. It is played on smaller courts with shorter rackets and softer balls. It’s just like the real thing and will give you the chance to have long rallies and play different types of shots, which should be lots of fun.

Equipment will be supplied for players who don't have their own racket.
