GENERAL AND
OFF-COURT

All group programming offered is in line with the recommended ratios of coaches and students laid out by Tennis BC.

Completely cashless operation.

Request that all tennis players come dressed for tennis and limit their use to the Mens and Ladies changing room for “restroom use” only.

Players cannot arrive more than 15 minutes before their times are to start.

No “hanging around” the indoor common areas prior to or upon completion of their tennis.

Maximum amount of people in all indoor areas is clearly indicated and in accordance with the provincial regulations.

All staff coming to work are being continually monitored for symptoms.

Regular cleaning of all touch spots at the tennis reception and the tennis bubble.

Creation of a safe waiting area in our squash court where players can physically distance while waiting to go on court.

All players on the courts are registered, along with their contact information to assist with contact tracing should it ever be necessary.

Proper signage located strategically around the facility.

Mandatory wearing of masks in all indoor areas, apart from the time players are playing tennis.

Continual communication/e-mail updates to our database of players regarding safety measures.

Obligation for all players to be clearly indicated on the reservation grid.

ON COURT/IN BUBBLE

Clearly indicated pathways to get to and from the courts upon entry/exit to the bubble, creating the ability to properly physically distance from all other players

Limited access to the bubble.  Only players and coaches admitted, no spectators allowed.

Hand Sanitizer dispensers located in 11 different locations around the courts and reception areas.

An abundance of disinfectant products available on EACH court, for players to sanitize their seating area prior to playing.

All coaches are ensuring safe distancing during group lessons, both during play, and during coaching explanations.

Score-card touch points moved to the court surface, for non-hand use.

Water dispensers temporarily taken out of use.
