The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada has developed CardiacCrash, an engaging one-hour program designed to teach people how to respond when someone experiences a cardiac arrest. Most importantly, it empowers participants to confidently DO SOMETHING in a critical moment.
Volunteer facilitators Shael and Lotti will lead the session, which includes a short interactive video scenario, team-based response exercises, CPR practice (no mouth-to-mouth), and a demonstration on how to use an AED. Please wear comfortable clothing to allow for participation. Refreshments will be served.
